Also, was the level of description provided for the newly required Project Abstract Summary? The NoFo instructions state that this isn't required but the email received with the reminder states that it is. Just looking for guidance as to what to put in the description box. So far we are using the Executive Summary in the NoFo.

We are enrolled in Medicare, is that the same thing as having a “Medicare payment agreement,” or is that an additional step? Thank you for your inquiry. Please not eligibility is based on being a Currently Eligible Hospital under the original legislation with a 300 provider series or under Newly Qualified Hospital under the reauthorization legislation. Please review the NOFO, HRSA-22-051.

I have always wondered, what happens if I don't see the email requesting a correction and the 48 hours passes before I see it; maybe I was off work those 2 days?
Portia

The instructions on the form are vague: "Ensure the Project Abstract field succinctly describes the project in plain language that the public can understand and use without the full proposal. Use 4,000 characters or less. Do not include personally identifiable, sensitive or proprietary information. Refer to Agency instructions for any additional Project Abstract field requirements."Would the Executive Summary on the NoFo suffice for the project abstract summary?

No scoring based on meeting eligibility requirements, and being audited on the number of FTEs, the amount is based on the FTEs and other variables and each awardee gets a proportional share based on all the data.
