Does the 10% cap (only being PI on one project) on a current MCH PI’s time applies only to when the project is active. If a current project ends 6/30/23 and this start date is 7/1/2023. Therefore, there should not be an overlap—only an overlap when the application is under review, would this be okay?

1. Can we use a pilot OB program funded by a previous HRSA grant (not a research grant) for our study? Can the PI work at a different institution than the one as lead for the grant—that is, a hospital is lead for the grant, and the PI works with the University?
