If you have difficulty viewing and/or downloading the files during the session, please follow these steps:1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.2. Click Settings.3. On the “Meeting” tab under the “Meeting” section, locate the file transfer setting and verify that it is enabled. If the setting is disabled, please enable by clicking the “Status” toggle. If a verification dialog displays, choose “Turn On” to verify the change.Important Note: Network firewalls enabled by your organization may prevent the file sharing option from functioning. If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the “Group” or “Account” level. Please contact your organization’s Zoom administrator.
