how does everyone track the graduate student info? it's not like the PCL loan where borrowers have to recertify every year. So, who's to say they don't change jobs? they don't have to tell you.

On a previous teleconference we were told some schools may answer zero or be blank to a question but may have to provide a justification

We are gathering best practices from various grantees who are tracking this information through self reporting surveys and recertification information.

Hi Ellen, Our grants office finalizing the new awards for this year. and this information should be sent to those awardees around the first week in August or sooner.

Yes, if there are no graduates for that year you may enter a zero but the justification is that there are no graduates for that year.

Ms. Horne is correct. You can't have a negative ending cash balance, but you can have a negative excess cash. They are different.

That means that i'll always have to enter zero on the AOR.

reasonably we can only report on current graduates and that's only if they have employment lined up prior to graduation

On a previous webinar, we were told whether or not there would be an extension of the due date from August 15 since that is a Sunday. I have not heard the answer to this yet.

Since all questions in the AOR are required, institutions should have a system to collect the data. For tracking graduate students, exist survey will be one of recommended methods.

has HRSA considered to issue new award for upcoming award year earlier in the year? We normally start awarding before July/August. Without knowing if we will get new award or not, it's hard to predict the award amount for each student. We normally have to base total award amount on predicted collection.

If we didn't have any LDS graduates from 2016-2017 and we report "0" it says can't not be zero. Do we just explain that?
