Is there any hope of deadlines being extended given we have our Performance Report also due in June, and another funding opportunity forecasted to be released? Also, the projected end date is March 31, 2022, which is less than 1 year to complete all activities. It feels very rushed, when we would love to do a great job both with the submission and actual work.

I am also wondering what are the benchmarks--activities or how much are we expected to accomplish with less than a year of funding?

Can you share what is the thinking behind creating an action plan with no availability of funding to implement the plan?

Is there a possibility that a future NOFO may be issued with funding to carry out the action plan that is developed?

^This is my question as well, will future funding be available to implement the developed action plan?

Are there going to be opportunities for Hispanic-Black and other Hispanic minorities. This NOFO exclude our program located in Puerto Rico were 99% of participants are hispanic, of which 12%are black and 45% are multirace.

Developing a plan with no set amount of funding to implement the plan will be very difficult - e.g., we might say one step is to provide reparations, or safe housing, or livable wage employment for at a cost of $10 million which of course are unrealistic but needed steps.

To report number of partners, e.g., state-level, do we report (Dept. of Health & Human Services" as one partner, or do we report that 12 DHHS staff are partnering?

what does it mean when info is suppressed in regards to imr by county? I ask because my county area is suppressed for American Indian and Alaska Natives. Also, where would we look for this local-level data?

If your service area is primarily rural and covers several counties, can you focus this work on 1-2 counties?

Instead of all of them?

Related to counties: If you serve only a small part of the county, that means your CAN is focused there--which will make it hard to come up with a systemic plan for the whole county. How should we address that?

The was a recent CAN cohort with HS do you have recordings of those meetings?

To get ideas of what is currently going on in the CAN’s throughout the country?
